This portal is operated by the company identified in the footer of this page (“the Company”). This policy covers the public site, the customer portal and service-related communications.

By requesting a service, accepting a quotation or using the portal, your data is processed as described here.

Contact data: name, email, phone and the work-site address.

Service operations data: requests and emergencies, budgets and quotations, projects and work orders, rental and maintenance contracts, invoices and payments.

Customer portal access data: account email and credentials (passwords are stored irreversibly encrypted).

To deliver and manage the contracted services: quoting, planning, executing, invoicing and follow-up.

To send operational communications: confirmations, status updates, invoices and payment reminders. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Accounting: billing is mirrored to QuickBooks Online (Intuit) through an authorized connection; the accounting identifiers of customers, estimates, invoices and payments are synchronized with that system and the connection credentials are stored encrypted.

Online payments: when you pay online, your card is processed by the payment gateway; the Company does not store card numbers.

Messaging: notices are delivered by email and, if you enable them, push notifications. Service attachments are stored in cloud storage.

The portal uses a session token to authenticate your account and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Data is kept for as long as the service relationship exists and for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax obligations.

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to the contact email in the footer of this page. We will handle the request within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Any change will be published on this page with its new effective date.
