Terms of use of the Company's customer portal and digital services.
Effective as of August 30, 2026.
1. Acceptance
This agreement governs the use of the portal operated by the company identified in the footer of this page (“the Company”). By creating an account or using the portal you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. The service
The portal lets you manage your service relationship with the Company: requests, quotations, projects, equipment rentals, maintenance, invoices and payments. The contracted physical services are governed by their corresponding quotation or contract.
3. Account and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed with your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the portal for unlawful purposes, attempt to access third-party data, interfere with its operation or reverse engineer its components.
5. Your data
The data you record in the portal remains yours. You authorize us to process it to deliver the service under the Privacy policy, including its synchronization with the Company's accounting system.
6. Intellectual property
The portal, its design and its software are the property of the Company or its licensors. This agreement grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use it; no other rights are transferred.
7. Availability and changes
The portal may be updated or temporarily interrupted for maintenance. The Company may amend these terms by publishing the current version on this page.
8. Liability and governing law
The portal is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for the use of the portal is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Company is incorporated.
